Benoist Brothers Supply Co. is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our Springfield, Illinois branch. Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles.
Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, delivery, or distribution experience preferred.
Forklift experience is a plus (training available if needed).
Works safely and efficiently.
Enjoys both driving and hands-on warehouse work.
Takes pride in accurate deliveries and quality customer service.
Is a reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
Is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the branch.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to customer job sites using a company vehicle.
Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled carefully and securely.
Verify orders for accuracy before deliveries and customer pickups.
Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory in the appropriate warehouse locations.
Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Assist customers picking up orders at the branch.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on company delivery vehicles.
Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations, as applicable.
Support other warehouse and branch operations as needed.
