Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1 year of truck‑driving experience (box truck experience preferred)
- Valid DOT medical certificate (or ability to obtain one)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- CDL is a plus — not required
- Warehouse or forklift experience is a bonus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- A team‑first attitude and interest in learning and growing
Responsibilities
- Deliver HVAC products safely and efficiently to customers, vendors, and nearby Sales Centers
- Load and unload your truck each day with accuracy and care
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop
- Assist in warehouse operations: picking orders, verifying inventory, and keeping things organized
- Complete daily truck inspections and maintenance checklists
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
- Report hazards or incidents promptly
- Keep your truck and workspace clean, safe, and ready for action
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed
