About The Position

The Driver/Warehouse Associate supports the day-to-day automotive glass business by moving products from the warehouse to customers and assisting with will-call pickups. The role performs delivery driving, warehouse operations, inventory handling, and customer assistance while providing prompt and courteous service. The position is nonexempt and reports to the Branch Manager. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Requirements

Pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
Safely and competently operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pickers.
Have 3–5 years of driving and delivery experience.
Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and adaptable to warehouse environments.
Be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to work cohesively as part of a team and take direction in changing work conditions.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Unload inventory from incoming vehicles and inspect it for damage.
Process and stock inventory, including receiving and processing returned stock.
Pick the correct products and quantities for customer orders.
Load glass onto racks and trucks, clean glass, inspect stock for damage, and apply appropriate labels.
Follow delivery routes and schedules on time, deliver products, and receive returns.
Process and record payments and enter data into the ordering system.
Safely operate the delivery vehicle.
Complete logs and other required documentation.
Break down boxes, stock accessories, and organize inventory as directed.
Interact with and assist customers during deliveries and at will-call pickups.
Help maintain the branch's appearance and clean the warehouse and counter area.
Perform other assigned job tasks.
