As a Driver Trainee, you will gain knowledge of all accounts, train new hires to deliver, fill, rotate, and merchandise products, along with cover routes as needed.

Requirements

Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Desire to obtain knowledge and a familiarity with all company products
Building productive, long-lasting relationships with customers
Demonstrate proficiency with technology, capable of learning to use a computer, handheld, or iPad with reasonable instruction
Strong communication skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Have a Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) or, for the right candidate, training provided to obtain your Class A CDL
Be available and capable of performing the physical functions of the position, which include lifting and moving loads of up to 50 lbs manually and maneuvering a two-wheel cart with up to 200 lbs of product
May occasionally be required to deliver a keg weighing up to 165 lbs
Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States
Provide documentation of eligibility to work in the United States upon hire
