Job Summary: The Driver/Service Tech is a hybrid field role responsible for both the safe, efficient delivery of propane and the installation, maintenance, and repair of propane tanks, systems, and appliances for residential and commercial customers. This role combines the core duties of a Bulk Driver and a Service Technician into a single position, delivering propane via bobtail truck while also setting, repairing, and maintaining tanks and cylinders, troubleshooting propane systems, and performing leak tests and gas checks at customer sites. The Driver/Service Tech is often the face of Pinnacle Propane to customers and is expected to maintain a professional image, provide superior customer service, and fully comply with DOT, HSSE, and propane safety regulations. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, mechanically capable, comfortable working independently in the field, and willing to work a flexible schedule that may include after-hours and emergency call-outs. For example, this position may be 50% driver and 50% Service Tech.
