About The Position

The Driver/Sales Trainee role offers training and experience in the plumbing trade, product delivery driving, warehousing, customer service, and sales. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with start times between 6:30 and 7:30 a.m. and end times between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m.; occasional Saturdays are needed. Hirsch notes that 85% of its Branch Managers started as Driver/Sales Trainees. The role is part of a fast-paced, employee- and customer-centered workplace focused on respectful teamwork, family, and fun.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Desire to provide exceptional customer service and build business relationships.
• Desire to advance within the Company.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
