Rehab Without Walls® is seeking a highly qualified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist to join our Home & Community–based Neurorehabilitation Program in San Francisco, CA. This PRN opportunity is ideal for an experienced clinician who is passionate about helping individuals safely and confidently return to driving as a critical step toward independence and community reintegration. This role is certification-driven and expertise-focused, requiring both Driver Rehabilitation Specialist credentials and Occupational Therapy licensure. Who We’re Looking For: A Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist (CDRS or DRP) with demonstrated experience in: Comprehensive clinical driving evaluations Behind-the-wheel assessments Adaptive driving training and recommendations Occupational Therapist licensure required, providing the clinical foundation necessary for functional assessment, cognitive-perceptual evaluation, and adaptive strategy development. A clinician who values professional autonomy, flexibility, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Experience working with neurologic, orthopedic, or medically complex populations preferred. What You’ll Do: Conduct thorough clinical and on-road driving evaluations. Develop individualized driving rehabilitation plans tailored to each client’s functional abilities and goals. Provide adaptive driving training to support safe return to driving. Collaborate with referring clinicians (OT, PT, SLP, neuropsychology) to support broader recovery and community reintegration goals.
