High-volume recruiting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
5+ years of recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

Sources, recruits, and hires nonexempt and exempt candidates in a high-volume environment.
Collaborates with hiring managers to meet staffing goals and ensure candidate qualifications.
Utilizes diverse methods to identify candidates, including referrals, networking, job postings, and resume searches.
Engages in community activities and job fairs to enhance candidate interest and company visibility.
Manages internal job openings and facilitates transfer processes.
Conducts phone screening interviews using behavioral techniques for candidate assessment.
Refers qualified applicants to hiring managers and coordinates interview feedback.
Tracks position fill status, resolves hiring barriers, and ensures accountability for staffing goals.
