About The Position

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Recruit, screen, interview and hire qualified Class A Drivers Source applicants by utilizing Screen and interview applicants via phone to obtain work history, education, training and skills Provide information on company and job opportunities to potential applicants Process applications for potential drivers, new hires and rehires Complete background screenings including pulling MVR and DAC reports Complete retention calls to current drivers to build and maintain relationships Track call and hire data generated from multiple sources

Requirements

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail critical
Ability to communicate effectively both in person and on the phone with customers, internal and external business partners and drivers providing concise instruction or information
Ability to manage complex transactional or emotional customer situations promptly and professionally meeting commitments for service and assistance
Ability to develop relations with internal and drivers and business partners
Ability to adhere to all company, state and federal regulations, policies and procedures
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
