You’ll be the first voice drivers hear and a trusted guide throughout their hiring journey — helping them take the next step in their careers while supporting one of the industry’s most respected transportation companies.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or recruiting — especially in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
• Proven success connecting with people over the phone (inbound or inside sales experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and stellar organizational habits
• High school diploma or equivalent required
