About The Position
VIP Distributing Company is seeking a Delivery Driver to join their growing Automotive Accessories Distributorship. The ADI Division of VIP Distributing is a General Motors Accessories distributor in the Midwest, servicing 175 Chevy, GMC, Buick, and Cadillac Dealers, exclusively, with locations in Bloomington, Illinois, St. Louis and Springfield, Missouri. This particular position is at our Bloomington, Illinois location. Our team works with a collaborative approach and encourages success amongst each of our members. The management team is very hands-on. We invest in our employees and promote from within often.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions.
- NON CDL CLASS C
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities
- Receives and reads customer orders to identify item(s) to be pulled and their location codes.
- Pull, count and distribute products from warehouse bin locations to the production floor or packs and ships to fill customer orders.
- Enters appropriate information into computer systems to ensure correct inventory counts.
- Lift cartons up to 75 lbs on and off skids
- Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to utilizing all harness equipment, the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out-tag out rules and hearing and eye protection policies.
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
- Organize schedule of deliveries
- Drives delivery vehicles ranging from pickup trucks to 18' box trucks
- Maintain cleanliness and operability of vehicles
- Perform Safe pick up and deliveries
- Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
