About The Position

This position will oversee processing the applications that flow into our ten-street database. This position is responsible for running the applicant’s background reports, learning the qualifications of the drivers/equipment, communicating with the applicants, agents, and office staff consistently. Will need to be friendly, open to learning new tasks and programs and working in a team environment.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, or receptionist background
• Accustomed to Microsoft programs, Internet explorer, excel spreadsheets and other various programs.
• Friendly, outgoing personality who is open to learning new tasks and abilities and always maintains a professional forefront.

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree preferred.
• Trucking industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review new applications, verifying immediately if the applicant will qualify based off the criteria listed on application.
• Run the background reports necessary to fully evaluate whether the applicant will have the experience, skill level, and clean record needed to drive for the company chosen.
• Send all employment verifications on the possible driver by contacting the necessary sources.
• Take phone calls and respond to any emails within a timely, respectful manner regarding any situation.
• Work in different software programs to be able to run reports, log in to the systems and different verification sites.
