About The Position

GFL Environmental is looking for a Class 1 FM driver to join the Lévis waste bin, barrel, and used oil collection team! Routes are mostly local, but the ideal candidate must be available for overnight stays for several days when needed.

Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Drive a closed box truck and/or tractor-trailer;
50% vehicle driving and 50% manual labor;
Handling and recovery of various containers;
Complete various administrative documents;
Comply with the company's Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 1 FM driver's license (mandatory)
• Good command of written and spoken French
• Excellent physical condition, good endurance, ability to lift loads (maximum 50 lbs)
• Availability for multiple trips, sometimes lasting several days
• Autonomy
• Health and safety focused
