About The Position

Non-CDL Drivers at Famous Supply make deliveries to customer shops and/or job sites using a 26-foot box truck with a lift gate. Each morning, the driver’s route for the day is uploaded onto a company-provided Smartphone that navigates the driver to each stop. Drivers are responsible for assisting with the loading of their truck and reviewing orders prior to delivery to ensure accuracy. Driver associates assist in the warehouse when needed. Famous Supply Drivers will handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces and showers.

Requirements

• Ability to drive large vehicles
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to use a Smartphone

• Provide backup support to current CDL-A drivers and possible opportunities grow into that role
