Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must obtain any certifications/licenses required by regulatory agencies as a condition of continued employment
- Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel to ensure customer needs and requirements are met
- Must have basic proficiency using technology (laptop, tablet, cell phone)
- Valid driver’s license with no significant restrictions or violations
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English

- Preferred candidates reside within approximately 30 miles of Medina, OH
Responsibilities
- Collect and transport samples from all assigned customer locations to the central laboratory for testing according to the schedule
- Keep transportation supervisor informed of any requests or concerns brought to the couriers’ attention by customers
- Record sample, route, and cooler information on required forms and logs, including arrival and departure times
- Report any route delays, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or other issues encountered during collection runs
- Maintain assigned vehicles in good working order and notify management of maintenance needs or mechanical issues
- Clean and maintain sample coolers at collection locations and service log tags as necessary
