About The Position

Provado Mobile Health is an On-Demand Platform for Community Health and Transportation Services. With our Mobile Health Network of professional and private transportation providers, we service a large community of members of select health plans using your own vehicle. We are seeking professional, punctual, polite, and responsible individuals to use their own vehicles to serve as independent Mobile Care Providers, driving members of select health plans to and from their dialysis appointments. Often thought of as a healthcare Uber Driver, no medical care is required during transfer – simply reliable, on-time service. Mobile Care Professionals and Driving Caregivers are independent contractors free to work and earn when they want, and as much or as little as they want.

Requirements

• Must live in Rio Rancho, NM
• Requested zip code(s) - 87174, 87124 & 87048
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Be able to pass a complimentary DOT exam.
• Be a registered owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition.
• Have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years).
• Have a good Driving Record - No more than two moving violations or at fault accidents in previous three (3) years, No DUI / DWI or suspensions in the past five (5) years.
• Own an Android or iOS smartphone (or willing to obtain)
• Fuel-efficient vehicle with a good MPG rating
• Your name MUST be listed on the vehicle you will use.

Nice To Haves

• No vans or gas guzzlers
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete)
• Complete CTAA PASS and NSC Driver Safety online training (2–3 hrs each; provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide steady, pre-scheduled, recurring medical appointments transportation.
• Complete long and short distance trips.
• Serve as an independent Mobile Care Provider, driving members of select health plans to and from their dialysis appointments.
• Ensure reliable, on-time service.
