About The Position

Schneider is seeking a Driver Manager to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management. The Driver Manager will act as a link between the business, our drivers and customers.

Requirements

• Able to work collaboratively with a variety of teams, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous, structured and proactive performance management and coaching to drivers.
• Manage driver payroll and home time.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify and implement creative solutions to improve retention and drive business.
