Requirements

• 3+ years logistics/driver management experience
• Fleet operations background
• Calm, confident communicator and decision-maker
• Deep understanding of DOT/OSHA

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage a fleet of drivers like a true team leader
• Maximize fleet efficiency, productivity, and DOT/OSHA compliance
• Manage multiple operations
