About The Position

QQR Transport is seeking an experienced Driver Manager in Cincinnati, OH to dispatch our fleet and ensure successful execution of freight delivery through effective driver management, load planning, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate combines sharp communication skills with real trucking industry knowledge and thrives on managing multiple loads and drivers efficiently, even when things move fast. QQR is scaling fast as a startup through organic growth and acquisitions to several hundred employees, and your work will directly impact driver satisfaction, on-time service, and load profitability.
