Requirements
- A solid track record managing operational teams (bonus points for transport or logistics experience)
- Strong leadership with a passion for people and performance
- Skilled in managing budgets, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service
- Experienced in working with Trade Unions and handling sensitive operational issues
- Eligible (or already qualified) as a Transport Manager (O-Licence) holder
Responsibilities
- Manage daily depot operations and make sure our services run smoothly and efficiently
- Motivate, develop and support a team of drivers, creating a workplace that thrives on respect and inclusion
- Tackle performance, safety, customer service, and compliance with energy and focus
