Requirements
- One year of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public
- Meet the PA residency requirement
- Able to perform essential job functions
- Undergo and pass a Fingerprint and Name-Based Criminal History Check prior to employment
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, verify identification, and provide required forms and information
- Conduct knowledge tests and vision screenings using standardized tools
- Record test results and enter application information into on-line systems
- Respond to customer questions and explain licensing requirements and options
- Prepare restoration requirement letters and ensure correct documentation for all transactions
- Follow REAL ID regulations, fee waiver guidelines, and customer service policies
