About The Position
In this Driver/Labor role, you will drive and park larger vehicles, assist with loading and unloading, and support general labor tasks as needed. Daily work may include backing up trucks and trailers at different locations, moving materials, and helping keep the work area organized and safe. This position is active and physical, with time spent both driving and performing hands-on labor. The work environment is fast-paced and team-focused, making reliability and attention to safety important. A strong fit is dependable, comfortable operating larger vehicles, and able to handle physical work throughout the day.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to back up a truck and trailer at various locations
- Proficient at driving and parking large vehicles
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably
- Dependable, hardworking, and ready to support labor tasks as needed
- Ability to follow directions and work safely in an active job site environment
- Must be able to work in the US legally
- May be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Nice To Haves
- Previous truck driver experience
- Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts
- Experience loading, unloading, and securing materials
- Comfortable working in a team-based warehouse, yard, or field environment
