About The Position
Driver/In-Shop Team Member – Flexible Shifts, Great Pay, Fun Team! At Jimmy John’s, our Driver/In-Shop Team Members do it all. On the road, you’ll deliver sandwiches fast, fresh, and friendly—mastering efficient routes, double-checking orders, and keeping it safe and legal. In the shop, you’ll help make sandwiches, greet customers with a smile, keep things clean, and bring great energy to the team. This is the perfect role if you like variety, staying busy, and being part of a fun, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old for driving
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and clean driving record
- Commitment to safe driving and excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders quickly, safely, and with awesome customer service
- Prepare and serve high-quality sandwiches with speed and accuracy
- Greet customers and keep the shop clean and organized
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety standards
- Work as a team to keep the store running smoothly
