Specialty Beverage is looking for Driver Helpers who are interested in growing into a CDL Driver role. This is a hands-on, physical position working alongside a CDL Driver delivering beer to retail accounts. This role provides steady work and a clear career path into a Driver position. $23.00/hour starting pay with opportunity for advancement into a CDL role.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor daily
• Ability to work in varying conditions
• Team-oriented attitude
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Ride along with a CDL Driver to deliver kegs and cases of beer
• Assist with unloading products using hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Perform routes averaging 15–25 stops per day
• Deliver to bars, restaurants, and retail locations
• Help with loading, organization, and route preparation
• Provide professional customer service
• Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
