About The Position

Requirements
- Ability to read maps and maintain general geographic awareness.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules when required.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
Responsibilities
- Accurately load and secure freight for daily delivery routes.
- Scan and verify all route freight before departure.
- Assist drivers with route navigation and delivery coordination.
- Help transport freight to customer business and residential locations.
- Pull, stage, load, and unload freight using manifests and established operating procedures.
- Perform material-handling duties, including picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and inventory counts.
- Identify and report overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, when trained and authorized.
- Follow detailed work instructions in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain compliance with TSA, OSHA, company safety requirements, and customer-site rules.
- Provide professional customer service and perform additional duties as assigned.
