Job Summary Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary/Seasonal Work Location: Downtown Area Workdays: Monday to Friday (Must be available to work all 5 days) Shift Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Flexibility with start and finish times required based on operational needs) Hourly Wage: $18.15/hr APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UP TO 25 HOURS PER WEEK

Requirements

This is a part-time position, must be able to work 3-6 hours a day, various start times available between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Flexibility required)
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) unassisted. Typical package weight ranges from 25-35 lbs.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills
Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
Must be able to deliver packages by means of walking
Hours may vary depending on the work volume

Responsibilities

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) unassisted. Typical package weight ranges from 25-35 lbs.
Meet UPS driver at assigned local meet point
Deliver and pick up UPS packages efficiently and effectively
Learn and properly execute UPS package handling/delivery methods
Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required
Record, track, and maintain information about delivered package
Comply with UPS appearance guidelines by wearing the company-provided vest and uniform
