About The Position

In the role of Maritimes Driver Helper, working in Halifax, NS, the successful candidate will work with the distribution team to deliver products in a safe, timely and efficient manner, provide courteous and professional customer service, and assist with the shunting of trailers when needed.

Requirements

• You have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• You have 1-2 years experience in high-speed packaging and/or manufacturing; forklift experience is an asset
• Class 1E License considered an asset
• You are able to work as part of a team or independently
• You are comfortable working in cold and warm environments
• You understand the importance of Safety and Quality as the highest priority
• You have a continuous improvement mindset
• You perform the duties at hand to get the job done safely and efficiently
• You deal with employees, work orders, production plans, etc. to achieve common goals

Nice To Haves

• forklift experience is an asset
• Class 1E License considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Deliver Molson Coors products to our customers
• Provide courteous customer satisfaction and customer service
• Work with the distribution team: order picking, dump beer, organization, forklift use
• Work with consumers, customer, warehouse workers and sales team to ensure order are delivered accurately.
• Other duties, as required
• Participate in problem solving and clean-up activities
