About The Position

This is a seasonal position working from April through the end of September. The schedule involves working 4 days per week, either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, starting at 4:00 AM until the route is finished (end times vary). This role is field-based, requiring consistent presence in customer accounts throughout the day during designated standard business hours to ensure customer satisfaction. The position involves riding in the cab of a truck with a Delivery Driver to assist with loading and unloading products. Responsibilities include stocking and merchandising various products, ensuring beverage sections, racks, and displays are filled, POS is neat, clean, and current, and displays are maintained according to Coastal Beverage Company's standards. Regular and punctual attendance is crucial to ensure timely product delivery to customers. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Possess and display Coastal Beverage Company’s Core Values: Craft It, Own It, Protect It, Celebrate It.
Possess education equivalent to a high school diploma.
Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
Possess the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Possess basic mathematical skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, use whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Possess the ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
Possess ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Possess computer skills requiring knowledge of e-mail software, and Internet.
Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Consent to pre-employment inquiries and tests including criminal background, physical assessment (job simulation) and drug tests.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading products by riding in the cab of the truck with a Delivery Driver.
Stock and merchandise various products.
Ensure all beverage sections, racks, and displays are filled.
Maintain POS (Point of Sale) systems to be neat, clean, and current.
Maintain displays according to Coastal Beverage Company's standards.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance to ensure timely product delivery to customers.
Maintain consistent presence in customer accounts throughout the day during designated standard business hours.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
