About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time DRIVER HELPER (LOADER) position. This role involves safely loading delivery trucks with various materials, verifying outgoing orders for accuracy, and organizing products to ensure efficient workflow. The position requires maintaining a safe and clean work environment and communicating operational updates. Employees will work in a temperature-controlled environment with exposure to cold conditions for extended periods.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, downstacking, and loading experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
• Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol server's permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Safely load delivery trucks with pallets, towers, carts, trays, and other materials using manual methods and material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand carts.
• Verify all outgoing orders and shipments for accuracy, including tray counts, labeling, ticketing, and product condition prior to truck departure.
• Organize, sort, and stage products and equipment to support efficient workflow, timely departures, and shift-to-shift operational readiness.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while communicating operational updates, discrepancies, or issues to supervisors and team members.
• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to the scheduled locations.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Sets buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Distributes and collects customer comment cards.
• Cleans and packs dishes and utensils for removal to the Catering Department.
• Returns unserved foods and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to the Catering Department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
