About The Position
The Driver Guest Shuttle is responsible for safely transporting employees and/or guests between Atlantic City properties. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to promote Total Rewards programs. The driver will assist disabled passengers, maintain knowledge of property promotions and amenities, and ensure the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the assigned vehicle.
Requirements
- Must possess valid NJ CDL driver’s license for busses with passenger endorsement.
- Must have clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Previous bus/van driving experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely transports employees and/or guests between Atlantic City properties.
- Assists disabled passengers in boarding and disembarking while securing wheelchair in accordance with ADA standards.
- Maintains up to date knowledge of promotions and amenities at all Atlantic City properties, and disseminates same to guests in pleasant manner.
- Verifies rated player status through operation of card swipe system.
- Responsible for reporting any mechanical problems to supervisor.
- Responsible for general cleanliness of assigned vehicle.
- Maintains professional, upbeat demeanor with all guests.
