About The Position
We’re hiring an experienced Driver/Foreman to lead a moving crew and operate up to 26ft box trucks. If you know how to run moves professionally and communicate clearly with customers, this position is for you.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of professional driving experience (box trucks up to 26ft)
- Must have moving industry experience
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Able to lift heavy household furniture safely (team lifting required)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Drive box trucks (up to 26ft) safely to and from job sites
- Lead and direct movers/helpers on each job
- Protect furniture using blankets, shrink wrap, padding, straps, etc.
- Safely load/unload and handle heavy items with proper lifting methods
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture when needed
- Communicate with customers and complete job paperwork
