About The Position

The Delivery Technician delivers, sets up, and picks up durable medical equipment (DME) and supplies in patient homes. The role includes educating patients on basic equipment use and safe operation, providing high-quality customer service, and supporting patients who may rely on equipment for life-sustaining needs. The position combines hands-on mechanical work with patient-facing responsibilities and independent work supported by a close-knit team. The Phoenix Metro market role is based at a flagship facility and serves a radius of up to two hours from the branch. Multiple shifts are available because patients are serviced seven days a week. On-call duty is approximately once every three to four weeks, with a paid stipend; pay begins when the technician leaves home for an on-call request, and overtime is paid if on-call work causes the employee to exceed 40 hours in a week. With management approval, technicians may take a vehicle home for on-call duties. The role is eligible for a Safe Driver Bonus. The stated pay range is $16.00–$19.50 per hour, varying based on experience, skills, and location.
