About The Position

Local Combination Drivers deliver Keurig Dr Pepper products to small and large retailers along a set local route. Drivers manually unload trucks using a hand dolly or electric pallet jack, build rapport with customers, and stock shelves and coolers when requested. No previous experience is required; hands-on training is provided upon hire.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekend support if needed. Start time is between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m., based on seniority, and the shift continues until the route is finished. Overtime, holidays, and weekends may be needed. The role is active and customer-facing, with much of the shift spent lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid, unrestricted Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A).
• Have experience operating manual and automatic transmissions.
• Be able to maintain a valid DOT Driver Qualification File.
• Have a medical card.
• Be able to repeatedly lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
