About The Position

Local UDS Drivers deliver products to small retailers on a set route. They manually unload trucks using a hand dolly, build rapport with customers, and stock shelves and coolers as requested. No previous experience is required; hands-on training is provided upon hire. The position is based in St. Paul, Minnesota, and involves local routes.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, beginning at 4:00 a.m. and continuing until the route is finished. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required. The role is active and customer-facing, with much of the shift spent lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases and interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Repeatedly lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A).
• Maintain a valid DOT Driver Qualification File.

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
