This role involves more than just driving or general labor; you will spend your days on the road with a teammate, assisting customers, solving problems, providing estimates, and performing hands-on removal jobs throughout Silicon Valley. It's ideal for those who enjoy staying busy, interacting with people, and seeing tangible results at the end of each shift.

Requirements

21 years of age or older
Licensed to drive in California with a clean 3-year driving history
Comfortable working an active, physical job
Confident communicating with different types of customers
Reliable and willing to learn
Available for at least one weekend day
Able to use a smartphone for required company apps

Responsibilities

Team up with another crew member and head out to appointments at homes and businesses.
Drive a company truck between scheduled customer stops.
Talk with customers and understand their needs.
Explain the service and provide upfront pricing.
Deliver a positive customer experience from arrival through completion.
Remove and load furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items.
Safely handle items weighing 75+ lbs.
Find opportunities to donate or recycle usable materials.
Communicate with the operations team to keep the day moving efficiently.
