About The Position
This role is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of crude oil. As a Driver, you will be a critical part of our operations, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for hazardous materials.
- Proven experience in driving crude oil transport vehicles.
- Clean driving record.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs).
- Tanker endorsement.
- Hazmat endorsement.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a crude oil transport vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of crude oil.
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.
