About The Position

Baesman Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Driver/Courier to support daily operations through timely local deliveries and supply pickups. This role is critical in ensuring customers and internal teams receive materials accurately and on schedule. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and maintain medical certification
• Ability to lift up to [50 lbs] and perform physical work (loading/unloading, standing, walking)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Basic communication skills and customer-friendly attitude

• Previous delivery, courier, or driver experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicle to deliver products to local customers
• Pick up materials, supplies, and equipment from vendors as needed
• Load and unload materials, ensuring items are handled with care
• Verify delivery accuracy and obtain necessary signatures or documentation
• Maintain delivery schedules and communicate any delays proactively
• Assist with basic warehouse or material handling tasks when not on deliveries
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs
