We are seeking a Driver – CDL to provide safe, reliable transportation while delivering a welcoming and service-focused experience for residents and guests.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience driving cars, buses, or providing transportation services.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet PRS employment driver guidelines.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with older adults.
Nice To Haves
- CDL Class A, B, or C and DOT medical certificate preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide transportation for residents to medical appointments, errands, outings, special events, and other scheduled destinations.
- Safely operate community vehicles, including passenger buses and vehicles equipped with wheelchair lifts.
- Assist residents in and out of vehicles and safely load and unload walkers, wheelchairs, and other mobility devices.
- Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Support resident safety by responding calmly to emergencies and delivering exceptional customer service during every interaction.
