About The Position

White Cap is hiring a CDL A or B Driver to coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites. Drivers may use a truck-mounted forklift, such as a Moffett or Piggyback, to unload shipments. The role follows DOT regulations for vehicle maintenance and emphasizes safe operation. It also ensures manifests and other paperwork are accurate, may assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, and performs other duties as needed. The position requires at least one year of CDL driving experience and the required state license.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends. The California pay range is $22.80–$31.90 per hour; individual pay depends on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors.

Requirements

• At least one year of CDL driving experience.
• Required state license.
• Current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state in which the candidate resides, with relevant endorsements required for the equipment operated, such as a Hazardous Material endorsement when transporting placarded hazardous materials (preferred qualifications section).

Nice To Haves

• Two years of commercial driving experience compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations.
• Forklift certification.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Current Class A or B CDL with relevant endorsements for the equipment operated.
