About The Position
Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is seeking a Driver with a CDL to operate light trucks, buses, and passenger vehicles for the Centennial Job Corps Center in Nampa, ID. This role involves transporting passengers and materials while ensuring compliance with directives. The position offers a competitive wage and full-time employment with 8-hour shifts. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year related experience and general knowledge of vehicle maintenance are also required.
- A valid Commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement, and an acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Operate light truck, busses and passenger vehicles; transport passengers and/or packages; ensure adherence to established schedules.
- Maintain required driver records and reports.
- Perform routine vehicle equipment inspection daily, including lights, breaks, mirrors, steering, and other required operating equipment; recommend mechanical repairs as needed.
- Promote and support positive customer service through the facility.
- Participate and promote student employability programs and activities.
