About The Position

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is a family-owned independent Coca-Cola bottler that is the third largest privately-held and the sixth largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the United States. Coke Florida sells, markets, manufactures and distributes over 600 products of The Coca-Cola Company and other partner companies including Monster Beverage Corporation and BODYARMOR. Coke Florida is looking for a Bulk Driver based out of our Hollywood location. We’re currently looking for 3:00am-4:00pm, working Sat, Mon, Thurs, Friday.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a valid Commercial Class A driver's license
  • Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years
  • 1-3 years of general work experience required
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
  • Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical and/or have a valid DOT Medical Card
  • Ability to operate a hand-truck and powered industrial equipment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a powered industrial truck certification

Nice To Haves

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred
  • Local delivery experience preferred
  • Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
  • HazMat endorsement may be required

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving and delivery of pre-ordered product to assigned accounts and for rotating and stocking product
  • Check accuracy and stability of the load
  • Deliver products to customers
  • Merchandise, display and rotate products according to company standards
  • Invoice and collect monies due
  • Pick up company property
  • Secure company assets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
  • Settle all accounts daily
