Driver - Behavioral Health

We’re looking for a reliable, compassionate Behavioral Health Driver who takes pride in being dependable. Someone who understands that every safe, on-time trip is a step forward for a client working hard to build a better life. You don’t need a clinical background, just a caring attitude and a commitment to showing up.
Requirements
- Valid New Mexico driver’s license in good standing with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to work respectfully with individuals experiencing mental health or substance use challenges
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to and from appointments, groups, and program services
- Provide supportive, respectful interaction with clients during transport
- Maintain accurate transportation logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff regarding schedules and client needs
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
- Represent CRP’s values of dignity, respect, and client-centered care in every interaction
