About The Position
A Driver Associate at VF is responsible for assisting with stocking and retrieving merchandise stored on various levels using high lift materials handling equipment. This includes using a cherry picker forklift with a work platform to stock or retrieve merchandise and perform cycle counts. The role requires working independently to meet individual production goals safely and accurately, operating powered industrial trucks to move materials, and adhering to all company safety procedures. The position involves lifting, pushing, or pulling boxes weighing 35-40 lbs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Basic level of education will be required; reading, writing, and basic numeracy, problem solving, and accountability.

Responsibilities
- Assist with stocking and retrieving merchandise stored on various levels using high lift materials handling equipment.
- Use a cherry picker forklift with a work platform to elevate workers 40+ ft high to stock or retrieve merchandise.
- Perform cycle counts in VNA.
- Work independently to reach individual production goals safely and accurately.
- Operate powered industrial trucks equipped to move materials around a warehouse, storage yard, or similar location.
- Adhere to and follow all company safety procedures.
- Lift, push or pull boxes of 35-40lbs.
