About The Position

The Driver & Set Crew position assists in delivering modular home sections from our factory to customers sites as well as setting the sections onto foundations. This role involves loading modular home sections, delivering them to job sites within a 5-state area, and assisting in setting the modules onto foundations. The position also includes installing weather-protective material on modules following the set, working in a safe manner, and following all safety policies including wearing appropriate PPE. Maintaining a favorable working relationship with all employees is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

• Class A CDL License is required
• Oversized load experience is preferred
• General carpentry experience preferred
• Proficient in using hand tools such as tape measure, utility knife and hammer
• Strict attention to detail an order accuracy
• Ability to follow written and spoken instruction
• Ability to lift to 80 pounds comfortably and consistently

Responsibilities

• Loads modular home sections
• Delivers loads to job sites within a 5 state area
