About The Position

A typical day includes: The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting. Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces. Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer. Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities. To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team. Feel amazing about helping your community.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL Required!).
- Have a clean driving history for 3 years (No points, suspensions, or violations).
- Possess a positive and friendly attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly.

- Experience in labor, warehouse, operations, sales, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial vehicle inspections.
- Attend morning meetings.
- Drive commercial trucks to customers' homes and properties.

- Maintain communication with the operations team throughout the day.
