About The Position

Join the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise in Baltimore for an active, fun, and rewarding fall season. This opportunity is ideal for motivated, energetic team players who enjoy physical work and customer interaction. You will partner with a teammate in a branded truck, traveling to various locations to remove unwanted items, sort them for donation, recycling, or disposal, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves safe lifting and loading of items up to 75 lbs, communicating with dispatch, and potentially starting shifts from convenient remote locations.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license held for at least three years
• Positive, energetic, and motivated
• Great with people and comfortable working in a team environment
• Comfortable performing physical labor and lifting up to 75 lbs

Responsibilities

• Partner with a teammate in a branded truck
• Travel to homes, apartments, and businesses throughout Baltimore
• Use safe lifting and loading practices to remove items weighing up to 75 lbs
• Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
• Keep approved items collected from jobs
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Communicate with dispatch to stay on schedule
• Start shifts from convenient remote locations when available
