About The Position

You will manage high-volume fulfillment operations, support your team, and ensure every customer order is accurate, on time, and handled with care.

- Ability to review performance data and take corrective action

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature environments
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance
- Compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business Conduct
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused order fulfillment
- Deliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally
- Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination (where applicable)
- Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems
- Monitor key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations
- Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks impacting orders
- Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards
