About The Position

You will guide in-store online grocery operations and help create a seamless, accurate, and customer-focused digital shopping experience. This is a fully in-store, onsite position based inside our retail grocery location.

Requirements

• Leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.
• HS diploma/GED.

Nice To Haves

• Food safety knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach 10–30 associates.
• Oversee picking, packing, staging, and handoff.
• Ensure food safety and department cleanliness.
• Monitor metrics, labor, and slot capacity.
• Resolve customer issues and improve processes.
• Partner with store leadership on scheduling and training.
