About The Position
The Drive Thru Supervisor is a management position with supervision and responsibility over all Drive Thru personnel and company’s assets in the Drive Thru area, such as inventory, equipment and buildings. This individual must exhibit leadership and independent judgment in managing, training and motivating Drive Thru personnel and upholding the company’s standards and mission. It also requires the ability to interact and communicate well with customers, all store personnel, and management. Knowledge of building materials is necessary.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year experience in the building industry or management position.
- Knowledge of building materials.
- Knowledge of managing people.
Responsibilities
- Supervision and responsibility over all Drive Thru personnel and company’s assets in the Drive Thru area, such as inventory, equipment and buildings.
- Managing, training and motivating Drive Thru personnel.
- Upholding the company’s standards and mission.
- Interacting and communicating well with customers, all store personnel, and management.
