Drive-By Field Inspector - Huntsville & North Alabama (1099 Contractor)
About The Position
We are looking for a dependable local inspector to cover quick property visits in Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, and Athens. This role is ideal for individuals who already travel in the North Alabama area and want to turn their driving into paid work. The job involves visiting homes, taking photos, noting occupancy status (lived-in or vacant), and submitting a brief report via smartphone. Most visits take between ten to twenty minutes. Inspectors have the flexibility to choose orders near them and set their own schedules, making it easy to fit around other commitments. Some assignments require knocking to confirm occupancy, while others are simple drive-bys. Payment is provided for each completed inspection via direct deposit. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible hours.
